Return Process

  Log into your Ciceroni account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
